"the cat always rings twice" of philippe geluck

In January 2008, Geluck agreed to illustrate the new Red Cross stamp issued by the Belgian Post Office. The Belgian Centre for the Comic Strip and La Poste Belgique publish a new album in the Philabédé collection. Geluck has personally invested in his design and has imagined for him many new gags, in relation to the Post, the factor and the mail. The album also includes a very original biography written by Jean Auquier. A5 format (215 x 155 mm), limited to 2,500 numbered copies. With the stamp Le Chat issued by La Poste Belgique, hit by a stamp 1st day.
