Moebius / catalogue Expo Cartier + dedication Moebius

From October 2010 to February 2011 the Cartier Foundation will organize an important personal exhibition dedicated to Jean Giraud, alias Mœbius, one of the great masters of the French BD. Articulating around the theme of transformation, the exhibition will present drawing boards, original books, drawings and paintings, as well as the work of the artist for cinema. A true sum on the work of Mœbius, the book accompanying the exhibition will bring together an exceptional iconography including many new ones. An anthology of literary texts on metamorphosis, gathered especially by Alberto Manguel for this work, will echo the work of Mœbius.
